El Dr Santiago Pache es médico traumatólogo, especialista en traumatología del deporte y artroscopia de rodilla, hombro y cadera.
Luego de validar su título de médico en EEUU, ha realizado un fellowship clínico (especialización avanzada) de 12 meses en Baylor College of Medicine, en Houston.
Algunas patologías o procedimientos incluyen lesiones complejas ligamentarias de rodilla, reparación meniscal, ligamentos cruzados, luxación de rótula, lesiones de manguito corto-rotador del hombro, luxación de hombro, y artroscopia de cadera (choque femoroacetabular, rotura del labrum etc.).
Además, ha formado parte del staff médico de los Houston Sabercats (equipo profesional de rugby de la MLR) y equipos de fútbol americano.
Santiago tiene un enfoque humanista, en el que prioriza una atención personalizada y adecuada a cada caso. Su principal meta es ayudar al paciente al regreso a sus actividades de la mejor forma posible, sea con un tratamiento conservador o en algunos casos, la cirugía.
